PIUS VI

RUSHBO, TESTING ONE, TWO, THREE.....

America's Doctor of Democracy took a day out of his intense schedule to have a sort of medical tune-up of his cochlea implant device.
Amazingly, Rush scheduled himself to return on Friday, April 29.
The man knows no relaxing when it comes to his daily work.
Rush, we hope your hearing is better than ever and, as usual, 40 million ears will be eagerly turned your way on your return to the airwaves.

BUSH PRESS CONFERENCE APRIL 28

President Bush was again confronted by the Pharisee Press Corps Thursday evening.
He was asked at least four times when North Korea would no longer have nuclear weapons or the exact date when North Korea would no longer be a threat to stability in the Far East.
We secretly hoped that the President would have asked one of the Pharisee journalists if an ear wax removal was advisable. Or perhaps an even better retort would have been: "Hey, you stupid bastard, how many times do you have to ask the same question before you make yourself look like the dumb son of a bitch we all know you are?!"
Well, we all know Dubya would never retort to such responses to the liberal driven questions from the Press Corps, but secretly we sure hope and somehow know that he was THINKING the way we hoped he might say it in words.
This was not exactly a momentous Bush press conference, but he did hit a few passionate moments. He is always at his best when he speaks from the heart and doesn't pull any punches or worry about whether or not he is phrasing each and every word properly.
The Press Corps, of course, have written off Bush's Social Security proposals as being dead in the water. And the President has often shown just how wrong the liberal press can be. So let's wait and see how it turns out.

PRAYERS to LAURA INGRAHAM

A mighty member of America's winning double play combination, Laura Ingraham, has become a victim of breast cancer.
According to Laura's own comments aired on her April 28th show, she is feeling well and she has stressed the importance of having all women have that all important physical examination.
Laura has admitted that she neglected seeing her own physician for almost four years.
We thank God that Laura did come to the knowledge that she needed medical treatment, and we are encouraged by her report that her tumor was small in size.
Sleep well, Laura, in the realization that all of your listeners have you in their thoughts and prayers. Let us all rejoice in the fact that modern medicine has vastly improved the ability of breast cancer victims to fully recover following appropriate treatment.

PIUS VI

Starting from SQUARE ONE

We initiate the blog hoping that it will advance the truth and be of service to all who partake of its contents.
We make no apologies that we do what we do in the spirit of Pius VI, a Pope who served at the time the first shot (heard round the world) was fired at Lexington in April of 1775.
America fought long and hard to establish itself as a free nation, and had to fight many times thereafter to remain unconconquered and undiminished.
Pius VI fought long and hard to defend his faith and beliefs against the rising might of secular powers and kings. Villified by his enemies and ultimately imprisoned and set upon in his final years, he never wavered in the title he bore, even when ill health and age devoured him in his final years.
So also is the United States of America often villified by its enemies, and at times attacked by those seeking to conquer it or diminish its greatness.
Just as Pius VI had to deal with enemies both within and without, so too the U.S.A. faces foes both at home and abroad.
We dedicate the content and intentions of this web site in the spirit of America and the Pope who was contemporary at the time of America's birth.
