KERRY SCREWS UP DEMOCRAT STRATEGY

In the final stages of the election battles, John Kerry screwed up the Democrat plan to avoid sounding anti-military. One can hardly fail to notice that Cindy Sheehan, John Murtha, Nancy Pelosi and a bevy of cut and runners have been totally absent from the scene in these final days before the 2006 vote. But Kerry has blown the plan with his usual bloviating big mouth.

Just as cream rises to the top of the milk can, so turds often rise to the surface of the toilet bowl water.

One of liberalism's biggest turd has made a statement that America's servicemen in Iraq are those who fail in educational achievement.

In his incredible arrogance, Kerry, who joined the military to further his planned political career, has demonstrated his gross ignorance of today's all-voluntary military.

Factually, the average amount of schooling attained by today's troops is a grade and a half higher than the average for all Americans in the less than 35 group. In other words, service personnel are actually better educated than young Americans as a whole.

Thus John Kerry was demonstrably wrong when he said only educated kids survive being killed in Iraq, The fact is, Iraq troops are well trained and many have college degrees.

What we have seen here is Kerry revealing again the arrogance and elitism of left wingers. Looking down his Jacques Chirac style nose, Kerry has plainly revealed an aspect most left wingers share, namely a hatred for the military.

Whether or not Kerry's statement will affect the election outcome remains to be seen. What is superbly shown here, however, is that Massachusetts voters have sent a real turd to represent them in the U.S. Senate.
